We take complaints very seriously. We welcome users to contact us if they detect any content that is illegal, infringes copyright, or may be against the standards of this site.

 


We respond to all such submissions. Each one is studied and investigated. If they are correct, actions can range from removing, blocking or disabling access to the material in question.

The email should include at least

  • SUBJECT: Complaint of inappropriate content.
  • Link or unambiguous identification of the content you are complaining about.
  • Detailed reasons why it is considered to be inappropriate or illegal content.
  • Signed statement that you are the legal owner or manager of the content to be complained about.
  • Signature of the statement, either physical or digital.
  • Identification and full name of the complainant and affected persons.
  • Contact to whom to respond with the resolution of the complaint.

Claims that do not contain all of the above content will not be considered or responded to.

Complaints with the required content will be studied and resolved in less than seven working days. This resolution, with the actions taken, will be communicated to the contact sent in the request.

In the event of not being satisfied with said resolution, users may make a complaint to the AEPD at https://www.aepd.es.

 

 

APPEALS.
